What is PureFPS?
PureFPS is a remote PC repair, optimization, and performance service for any Windows 10 or 11 system. We connect to your PC live and improve speed, stability, drivers, startup, network, and more — for gaming, work, or everyday use.
How does a remote session work?
You install AnyDesk or TeamViewer, share your screen with our expert, and watch as we optimize your PC live. The full session takes approximately 45 minutes.
What systems can PureFPS help with?
PureFPS works with any Windows 10 or 11 PC — gaming rigs, workstations, laptops, and more. We fix and optimize your system regardless of what software or games you use.
5. How much does it cost?
Individual Session: 59.99€. This includes a full remote optimization and personal Q&A.
Organization Package: 199€. Suitable for teams, LAN centers, or esports organizations needing up to 5 PCs optimized.
All prices are one-time, no recurring charges.
6. How do I book a session?
Visit purefps.gg to schedule, select your preferred plan, and choose a time slot that fits your schedule.
Once booked, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a calendar invite with your remote session link.

7. Is my PC safe during the session?
Absolutely. All optimizations are performed live, with you observing every step. We never download or install unknown files.
Remote access is conducted securely via trusted platforms (AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
You maintain full control and can disconnect at any time.
8. How long does the session take?
A standard optimization session typically lasts about 45 minutes.
We value your time, and try to be efficient without rushing important steps.
If your PC needs extra attention, we’ll let you know and arrange more time if needed.
9. Will the results last?
Yes! Your settings are saved permanently. Unless you or someone else manually change them, the benefits remain active.
Windows or graphics driver updates may override a few settings; we provide a recommendations sheet for easy restoration.

10. What if I’m not satisfied?
We’re committed to satisfaction. If results don’t meet expectations, we offer a free re-optimization session.
Your satisfaction and PC performance improvement are our highest priorities.
Contact us within 14 days of your session to claim a re-optimization.
11. Do I need technical knowledge?
No experience is required. All you need to do is share your screen and allow remote access.
Our specialist will handle every adjustment while you watch in real-time.

12. What are the PC requirements?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC and a stable internet connection are all you need to get started.
We recommend a wired Ethernet connection for best stability, but WiFi works if speeds are reliable.
